The Santos recruitment process

Once we’ve received your online application we will begin the shortlisting process. We will be in touch with you within two weeks. If your skills, experiences and aspirations are aligned to business, we will contact you to discuss opportunities in further detail.  

This may include up to two interviews and a site visit at either our Adelaide or Brisbane office – a must if you’re an international candidate.

You’ll also need to undergo pre-employment medical, police, qualification and education checks, reference checks and psychological assessment – which we can walk you through at the appropriate time.

If you are applying from overseas this process may take longer due to travel, availability and organising your visitor’s visa.
